Kailash Katkar, Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO, Kailash Katkar's strategic business partnerships that have continuously produced significant business value for Quick Heal Technologies in the form of financial performance, customer satisfaction and loyalty, market share, and productivity. He also leads the strategy for how to best manage and orchestrate the delivery of Quick Heal products and services for customers. His strong commitment to operational excellence, innovative approach to business problems, and aptitude for partnering cross-functionally have reshaped and leveraged the security brand as the most preferred solution in consumer and SOHO segments and have rearranged the brand preference in enterprise segment.
He is a recipient of the coveted 'GS Parkhe Industrial Merit Award 2009' awarded by MCCIA (The Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture). He has been felicitated with Maxell Award for Maharashtra Corporate Excellence, 2012 - in the category of Innovation by Maharashtra Chief Minister Hon'ble Shri. Prithviraj Chavan. He has also received Army Institute of Technology's (AIT) 'Young Entrepreneurs' Award, which recognizes young entrepreneurs who stand out from the crowd for their unique entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and exceptional progress. He is also the recipient of the 2012 Brands Academy Entrepreneurship Excellence Award being recognized as "Entrepreneur of the Year in IT Security". He was also among the 6 amazing entrepreneurs, who were selected from over 160 applicants for the 'World Entrepreneur Of the Year' event held in Monte Carlo from 4th to 8th June, 2014. Earlier this year, he was among the 16 finalists who made it to the 15th EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Nominations.

Sanjay Katkar, Chief Technology Officer

Sanjay Katkar's extensive understanding of technology, software and services prompted him to have a dedicated Research and Development Center at Pune, Maharashtra. He has spearheaded the creation and subsequent development and maintenance of the core antivirus engine. He leads a team of young and dynamic software professionals, engaged in development of various anti-virus modules on various platforms including the design and development of new features.
The company is now recognized as a complete security solutions provider for its simple and dynamic solutions that span platforms as well as multiple devices.
Sanjay also serves as the Director of Association of Anti-Virus Researchers Asia (AAVAR) and is a reporting member of The Wild List Organization International, USA. He is also a member of the Technology Steering Committee of National Security Database. He has been felicitated with Maxell Award for Maharashtra Corporate Excellence, 2012 - in the category of Innovation by Maharashtra Chief Minister Hon'ble Shri. Prithviraj Chavan. He is the recipient of the 9th First Generation Entrepreneur Award 2002 given by Charaiveti (चरैवेति) Entrepreneurs' International, on the Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Shri J.R.D. As the Executive Director and Head of Global Sales and Marketing, Abhijit Jorvekar has been instrumental in making Quick Heal a leader in SOHO and SMB markets in India. He has spent more than a decade at Quick Heal focusing primarily on channel management, new business development and sales operations. He has a broad experience of over 15 years in executing a variety of strategic and operational projects in product and service industries including industrial automation products, language software solutions and IT security.
Currently he is charged with designing strategies and developing, innovative, insight-driven and operationally excellent services to project Quick Heal Technologies as a major player in global security industry and lead the organization's foray into Enterprise and Mobile Security.

Rajesh Ghonasgi, Chief Financial Officer

Rajesh Ghonasgi is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Quick Heal Technologies with responsibilities of managing the financial strategy and operations of the company. Rajesh Ghonasgi is committed to maximizing long-term shareholder value, ensuring a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives, and maintaining the high level of integrity and transparency for which Quick Heal Technologies is known.
Rajesh Ghonasgi joined Quick Heal Technologies in September 2013. Prior to joining Quick Heal, he was with Komli Media Inc., where he was the Global Chief Financial Officer.
He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Persistent Systems Ltd, where he successfully led their IPO in 2010. During his tenure at Persistent Systems Ltd., he was instrumental in driving efforts that lead to awards for Excellence in Financial reporting and governance. He was with Hexaware Technologies Ltd as Global CFO earlier. He has also worked at Wipro and ICICI Venture funds.
He has over two decades of Finance and General Management experience including 12 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer and proven expertise in raising funds, managing governance processes and strategic initiatives such as M&A. He has been honoured by CFO India magazine in 2011 and 2012 for his work.
An alumnus of the University of Mumbai, he is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
